We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Please read the information below carefully, as our returns and refunds policy differs depending on the type of product purchased.

Consumable Products (Food & Supplements)

Due to the nature of consumable products, including food and supplement items such as SLEEP, PLEASE, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened items.

This includes requests based on:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste or flavour preference
  • Personal expectations or results

Taste and individual response can vary, and for hygiene and safety reasons, opened consumable products cannot be returned.

When a refund or replacement will be offered

We will happily offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • You receive an incorrect product
  • There is a confirmed manufacturing fault

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos where applicable.

Unopened consumable products

If your consumable product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Food Products (Merchandise)

For non-food items such as T-shirts, we are happy to offer exchanges or refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a T-shirt for a different size or style, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help, subject to stock availability.

Refunds for merchandise

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
