Perched like a lighthouse looking out over Verona Sands beach, this ‘70s shack embraces the beauty of its wobbly bits and has retained its (excellent) original kitchen amongst a thorough makeover by its owners. With a wall of windows between you and the magical Tasmanian coastline, if you’re lucky you might spot a seal frolicking in the sea from the lounge. The three-bedroom shack is surrounded by bush and beach on 2 sides with village shack life on the others. Filled with recycled furniture and carefully curated vintage decor around an open fireplace; a space which many guests have commented has a healing energy. Expect lots of thoughtful personal touches, from a welcome cheese platter to the locally sourced brekkie goodies.
