Powered by the sun and utilising captured rainwater, sustainability is front of mind, with the reverse brick veneer and clestorial entry also acting as a thermal chimney to draw hot air out and suck cold air in. High vaulted ceilings and quad bifold hardwood doors help to blur the line between the crisp but welcoming interiors and the flourishing native gardens. After a day spent exploring the White Sands Walk and local playgrounds, and dipping into Moona Moona inlet and Huskisson Beach, rinse off under the outdoor shower and pour yourself a drink before a game of bag toss, a BBQ on the deck or a good ol’ fashioned family movie night.
