Set amongst a backdrop of Norfolk pines and the dramatic shorelines of the Great Ocean Road, this 1930’s Art Moderne home, divided into two separate units, has been charmingly restored back to a bygone era. From the same bones but with very different layouts, the sunlit abodes named Merri and Henna shine with Art Deco vibes, rekindled antique homewares and warm welcoming spaces to rejuvenate and reconnect with loved ones. Merri has a beautiful open-plan living, large plush couches, a piano and an old-fashioned tipple trolley (first drinks complimentary!). Henna, focussed on cosiness and comfort, is adorned with a luxe velvet couch, a record player for those with a nostalgic sentiment, and an impressive freestanding bath in the main bedroom to soak away any troubles. Both units have large open fireplaces, full kitchens with all basics provided and each with its own private courtyard featuring festoon lights. Watch movies snuggled up by the fire or curl into an armchair with your favourite book. All within an arm’s reach of favourite local spots such as the Deep Blue Hot Springs, Pavilion Cafe & Bar and the stunning outlook of the Southern Ocean.
