Terms and Conditions for “The Deep Sleep Reset” Competition

 

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Life Unhurried Pty Ltd (ABN 68 627 792 661) of PO Box 5452 Maroochydore Qld 4558 (Promoter).

2. Partner

The Promoter has created this competition in partnership with Mahonia Operations Pty Ltd T/A Into the Wild Escapes (ABN 60 620 482 715) of registered office address: 408/50 Holt Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010. The aforementioned company will be hereafter referred to as ‘Into The Wild Escapes.’

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Employees of the Promoter or Into The Wild Escapes, their immediate family members, and any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

Entry is limited to one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be removed.

4. Promotion Period

The competition commences at 12:00 pm AEST on 12/06/26 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 29/06/26 (Promotion Period).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

5. How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must complete the online entry form during the Promotion Period and submit their name and email address.

Incomplete, indecipherable, or late entries will be deemed invalid.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for any reason, including technical issues.

6. The Prize

There is one (1) prize to be won.

Total prize value: Up to AUD $1,400.

The prize consists of:

1 x AUD$1000 Into The Wild Escapes gift voucher

2 x Sleep Packs, each including:

  • 1 x co-branded tote bag
  • 1 x pair of cotton-blend sleep socks
  • 1 x silk eye mask
  • 1 x mindful prompt card

(Packs valued at AUD$150 each)

2 x copies of Life Unhurried: Slow and Sustainable Stays Around Australia, worth $99.90

Into The Wild Escapes Gift Voucher:
The Into The Wild Escapes $1,000 Gift Voucher is issued directly by Into The Wild Escapes and may be redeemed at any participating Into The Wild Escapes tiny home location, subject to availability.

The Into The Wild Escapes gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

All bookings made using the voucher are subject to the Into The Wild Escapes booking terms and conditions.

Into The Wild Escapes Voucher is open to Australian residents only.

The winner is solely responsible for all additional expenses including (but not limited to):

  • Transport to and from the Into The Wild property
  • Flights
  • Transfers
  • Meals
  • Travel insurance
  • Any incidental expenses

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

If any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s or Partner’s control, the Promoter and Partner reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value, subject to regulatory approval if required.

7. Prize Draw

The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place at the Promoter’s office on 30/06/26.

The first valid entry drawn will be the winner.

No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the Prize winner.

If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

If required by law, an unclaimed prize draw will take place three (3) months after the original draw date.

The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website and social media channels.

9. Privacy & Marketing Consent

By entering this competition, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information (including name and email address) for the purposes of:

  • Administering the competition
  • Contacting the winner
  • Adding entrants to the Promoter’s email database
  • Entrants agree to receive marketing communications from the Promoter and Partner. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

Entrants acknowledge that their personal information may be shared with Into The Wild Escapes for the purpose of administering the prize, and that Into The Wild Escapes may add entrants to their email database for marketing purposes. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Partner’s Privacy Policy, and entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Into The Wild Escapes are not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of the winner accepting and/or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as arising from, or in connection with the Prize supplied by the prize supplier, or the conduct of the prize supplier.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability which cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

11. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta or any social media platform.

This promotion is governed by the laws of Australia.
