Terms and Conditions for “Win the Best Night’s Sleep of Your Life” Competition

 

1. Promoter
The Promoter is Life Unhurried Pty Ltd (ABN 68 627 792 661) of PO Box 5452 Maroochydore Qld 4558 (Promoter).

2. Partner
The Promoter has created this competition in partnership with Wander Group Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 63 660 994 981) of registered office address: Level 25/252 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000. The aforementioned company will be hereafter referred to as ‘Wander.’

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Employees of the Promoter or Wander, their immediate family members, and any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

Entry is limited to one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be removed.

4. Promotion Period
The competition commences at 12:00 pm AEST on 10/03/26 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 23/03/26 (Promotion Period).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

5. How to Enter
To enter, eligible entrants must complete the online entry form during the Promotion Period and submit their name and email address.

Incomplete, indecipherable, or late entries will be deemed invalid.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for any reason, including technical issues.

6. The Prize
There is one (1) prize to be won.

Total prize value: Up to AUD $2,719.40.

The prize consists of:

  • One (1) 2-night stay for two people in a one-bedroom cabin at either
  • Wander Scenic Rim, or
  • Wander Kangaroo Island
  • (Winner’s choice, subject to availability and blackout dates)
  • Twelve (12) canisters of SLEEP, PLEASE™ magnesium cacao blend (equivalent to a one-year supply)

Accommodation is subject to Wander’s booking terms and conditions, availability, and blackout dates. The stay must be redeemed within 12 months of prize notification unless otherwise agreed.

The winner is solely responsible for all additional expenses including (but not limited to):

  • Transport to and from the Wander property
  • Flights
  • Transfers
  • Meals
  • Travel insurance
  • Any incidental expenses

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

If any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s or Partner’s control, the Promoter and Partner reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value, subject to regulatory approval if required.

7. Prize Draw
The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place at the Promoter’s office on 24/03/26.

The first valid entry drawn will be the winner.

No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

8. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the Prize winner.

If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

If required by law, an unclaimed prize draw will take place three (3) months after the original draw date.

The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website and social media channels.

9. Privacy & Marketing Consent
By entering this competition, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information (including name and email address) for the purposes of:

  • Administering the competition
  • Contacting the winner
  • Adding entrants to the Promoter’s email database

Entrants agree to receive marketing communications from the Promoter and Partner. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

Entrants acknowledge that their personal information may be shared with Wander for the purpose of administering the prize, and that Wander may add entrants to their email database for marketing purposes. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Partner’s Privacy Policy, and entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Wander are not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of the winner accepting and/or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as arising from, or in connection with the Prize supplied by the prize supplier, or the conduct of the prize supplier.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability which cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

11. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta or any social media platform.

This promotion is governed by the laws of Australia.
