Shipping & Returns
We’re all about slowing down — but not when it comes to getting your order to you. Here’s everything you need to know about how your slow moments make their way from us to you, and what to do if something’s not quite right.
Processing Time
We aim to send your order within 24 hours, and no later than 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
If you’ve pre-ordered, we’ll ship it the moment it lands in our warehouse.
During busy times (sales, product launches, or seasonal peaks), dispatch can take up to 3–8 business days. If there’s ever going to be a significant delay, we’ll email you.
Delivery Timeframes
Australia (Standard Delivery – via Australia Post)
QLD, NSW, VIC: 3–5 business days
NT, SA, TAS: 2–8 business days
WA: 2–8 business days
Timeframes apply to metro areas — regional and remote deliveries may take longer.
International
Dispatched within 5 business days
Delivery generally takes 7–21 business days (location-dependent)
Bulky items will incur higher shipping charges
Orders are insured against loss or damage in transit
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are your responsibility
Shipping Rates
Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
Bulky items (over 20kg or with large dimensions) will be charged at a higher rate.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking numbers usually activate within 24 hours.
Sale Periods
During sales or promotions, dispatch times may extend to 3–8 business days. Express shipping is not available during these periods.
Sale items are final — no returns or refunds unless faulty.
Returns & Refunds
If something’s not right, we’d love the chance to fix it. Please contact us here before returning anything. Unauthorised returns can’t be accepted.
We follow Australian Consumer Law, which means:
- If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it — at no cost to you.
- We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind (unless required by law).
For approved returns:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Returns must be lodged within 14 days of delivery
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or replacement
Damaged or Missing Orders
We pack your order with care, but if it arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to lodge a claim and keep all packaging until resolved.
